Volt benefits not applied

Hi, it’s been a month since O2 activated my Volt benefits and I had read that the Virgin broadband speed boost could take up to 14 days afterwards.  It’s now been 5 weeks and it has still not been boosted. I’m currently on 350 and have been expecting 500. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community,

I am sorry your Virgin Media Volt benefits have not been applied. I will send you a PM now, get some details. Fill in the Missing Benefits form which goes to our back office team, this is then checked over and if eligible (sounds like you are from the O2 side) then we'll apply it within 7 days.
