Volt benefits not applied

Hi I signed up for volt benefits at the beginning of September 2022, o2 have already applied my volt benefits and given me double data, but I haven’t heard anything from virgin about my volt and I’m still on the same speed package as I was when I joined virgin. Who do I need to contact in regards to this?
