Volt benefits not applied

Volt benefits have not been activated on Virgin or 02 after registering nearly 4 weeks ago. 

I'm a long standing VM customer and my wife has been on 02 for over 10 years. Virgin account is in my name and the 02 mobile is in my wife's name but same address.

Hoping someone from Virgin can help to see if there is a problem.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the activation of the Volts benefits.

Can we please ask how you signed up? 

Did you get an email confirmation when  you applied?

Have you tried to rep[y again?

Thanks for getting back to me. 

I clicked on the link on this page https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-o2-benefits which linked to o2. My wife followed the instructions on and signed up. 

My wife's 02 account after a few days said You’re all signed up - Congratulations - you’re all set for supercharged benefits, just for being with Virgin Media and O2. 

Nothing seems to have happened though. Still same amount of data.

It doesn't seem to have linked to the Virgin account which still says Volt Benefits Status : Not active.

Any ideas?

Thank you for that information. For the O2 benefits you would need to reach out O2 via 0344 809 0202.

I can take a look at your Virgin Media account to see if there is anything we need to do on our end. 

I will private message you now to confirm the details.
