Volt benefits not applied

Hi

02 volt benefits have increased but not my VM broadband.

Just spent the best part of 2 hours trying to sort this via text chat, VM helpline & O2 helpline.  Being passed from pillar to post and would get more sense speaking to my springer spaniel.

My name & address is the same on both accounts......appears to be stuck on the VM side.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.
