Volt benefits not applied when joining O2

Hi. I am an existing VM customer and switched my phone contract to O2 contract in November. The O2 Volt benefits were apllied on 3 Dec but I'm still waiting for the VM speed increase  

Can someone help?

Sorry to hear about the delay with this. When you activated the benefits - is it possible you could confirm which way you did this?

Hi - the O2 benefits were automatically applied and this was confirmed by text/email. I can’t see a way of prompting VM other than reaching out to you here. Thanks.
