Volt benefits not applied to VM account

My volt benefits also haven't been applied to my account. 02 have confirmed there is nothing linked despite me having the same name, email address and postal address on both accounts.

Can someone please help?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

I am sorry to hear of this. 

If you check your package at virg.in/myVM does it show you're already on a Volt tariff? 

Also, depending on what speed you're on, you may not get the boost, those on 1GB tariffs, cannot be boosted higher.
