Volt benefits on the Virgin end have not come through (they came through almost immediately on the O2 end!). Really struggling to get through to customer services who direct me to Whatsapp and refuse to take a call.
Should be a simple fix! Please apply my Volt benefits now.

One of the mods should hopefully fix the issue with you. No idea why it takes so long to apply the volt benefits from virgin when O2 do it quickly.
