Volt benefits not applied (VM)

Hi we changed our package trying to reduce our outgoings. We started our new volt 100mb contract with an O2 sim card and should have received a speed boost up to 200mb and another booster.


We have had volt benefits active message but we cannot get our speed updated. 

Phoning virgin led them to telling me I am making this offer up, which is completely untrue. 


Please can someone get back to us as soon as possible.

Hi Cake,

I'm in the same boat.

Was on a M100 package and out of contract so rung up to sign up to a Volt package. I directly asked if I signed up, would my speed double and was told yes, it would. Turns out I'm on the Volt M100 package which they are now claiming has doubled my speed. Erm, no I was expecting and directly asked if I would get 200mb.

Told to ring back tomorrow as they can't sort it today...
