Hi,
I moved to a new VOLT 100Mb contract with an O2 sim back in September, where I should have received a speed boost up to 200Mb.
It has been over 14 days since applying the benefits through O2 and I have received the 'Your Volt benefits are now active' email from O2 on 20/09/2022. I have also confirmed that my O2 Sim has had its data doubled.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as though anything has changed on the Virgin's side. I've also rebooted the router a few times, but speed tests and my package still say 100Mb.
Is there anything I else I need to do to get my speed boost?
