Hi, Can someone help me getting the volt benefits added to my virgin account?
My wife is on O2 and had her volt benefits applied on the 25th February, The address is the same on both accounts.
I tried ringing Virgin and spoke to someone who didn't seem to have a clue what i was talking about and then tried to transfer me to O2 to speak to someone there, She gave me the O2 number "Just in case" I got cut off, I then got cut off, Got a feeling she didn't know what to do and then just cut me off!!!
