Hi,
My volt benefits were activated by o2 on the 28th of July but they have still not been activated by Virign media.
I am expecting to go from 100 to 200mbps but have not yet recieved this boost. o2 however have doubled my data.
Can this be fixed?
Edit: To clarify I initially activated my volt benefits on the 21st of July so it has been over 14 working days since.
