Volt benefits inactive

I have been an O2 customer for over a month now and my Virgin app still says volt benefits are inactive. The address is the same so don't know what the issue is.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have not yet received your Volt benefits, I would like to look into this with you, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message, if you have not used this feature before you can access it via the envelope at the top of your screen.
