Volt benefits confusion, am I being a dummy?

Is anyone able to share their experience of getting VOLT benifits activated so I can check I'm not being a dummy?

Two weeks ago I upgraded my O2 with Volt and my mobile Internet allowance doubled overnight with no extra charge. I contacted virgin media today to ask if I could activate VOLT on my broadband in the hopes of getting a similar speed boost to my broadband and all they offered me were several new contracts all for more than I currently pay.

I currently pay £44 a month for 500mb Internet or thereabouts, I don't understand what the supposed benifits are of VOLT... Has anyone had a different experience, or am I missing something?

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

With our Volt benefit they can take up to 14 working days to be fully added through for you, the benefits from our side would be the upgrade of your broadband speed to the next speed up, you will also be eligible for our WIFI Max services if you need them.

Can you confirm exactly when you added the O2 services to gain the Volt benefits?
