Volt benefits applied on O2 but not on VM

Hi,

It seems there a fair few people in the same boat as me, I've not been able to speak to Virgin Media about this but I had an Oomph package until we had the SIM migrated to O2. I can see that the Volt benefits have been applied by O2 but not had the speed bump to our broadband yet. Addresses, emails, etc. all match between my accounts. Does anyone know the best way to contact VM about this?

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Community. 

We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on your VM Volt benefits. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
