I was about to leave Virgin media for another broadband supplier, however the retentions team persuaded me to stay based on a deal provided I signed up to o2 mobile. I was out of contract on my mobile phone, so I decided to do this.
However several days later my account says that I am not volt enabled both on my virgin account and my new o2 account. The name and address of both accounts match.
Have I been scammed? I believe I can "change my mind" within 14 days on both virgin renewal and the new o2 account, is that correct?
