Had my BB installed on the 14/09/22, my o2 account is showing volt active but my Virgin account isn't - had to ring tonight to try to sort a wifi pod as we have a few dead spots in the house but as my account isn't showing Volt as being on the account they cant send one.
I've heard it can take 14 days to show but we are now over this and its still not showing.
Is this normal, and what can i do to get this rectified?
To make it a little more strange, my speed boost has been applied ( gone from M100 to M200 ) but the account is not showing as a Volt account ??
Further to this, I have also found an issue with the account itself, I thought my speed boost had been applied but I have found that I firstly had an initial email stating what I had ordered, see first image - this was the M100 package.
Then a few days later I had a 2nd email stating a different price and a speed of M200 - see 2nd image, this was the contract info email, I had assumed that the speed boost was in relation to the Volt uplift but I now think its not and this is why the Volt isn't showing on my package.
I think someone has made a mistake somewhere and set up my account incorrectly?
