Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can help!

How can I get 3 wifi pods, that I can access as part of my Virgin Media bundle?

I have tried live chat for 2 hours with no joy & i've tried to call but nobody can seem to help. I'd just like to get wifi throughout my house but it seems more challenging than i'd have imagined!

The mesh wifi  pods now come with a speed guarantee . See the following page for details, including  how to order online via My Virgoin Media or through the Connect app

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)
