Volt WiFi pods

I have a Volt package and my kitchen is a black spot. I have scanned it with the connect app and got download speed 12 upload 3. 
At the far end of my kitchen there is simply no connection. I can’t find where and how to order WiFi pods. 
Any advice/help

Same thing happens to me I have black spots connect app says I have poor signal but there is no way to order pods
