Our Virgin Broadband went live on 9th November. I was told by the engineer if we haven’t got the speed boost within 2 weeks to contact yourselves. It’s now been 3 weeks since we went live with Virgin
The household have all had their O2 double data activated on our mobile packages so we know the Volt benefits have been activated
Please could you advise how to resolve this issue?
