Volt - Virgin benefits missing

I got set up on Volt with 02 a few months ago now. I have been an 02 and Virgin Media customer for over 18 months.

I have received my volt benefits with 02 (double data), but I'm still missing the speed upgrade for my Virgin Broadband(Still at 250mb when this should be at 350mb now).

Can't see anywhere for access to these mentioned Wi-fi boosters either in the Volt deal, which would be handy as a 1/3 of my house has very limited/no wi-fi connectivity.
