Volt/VM with O2 business

Hi all,

Just ordered VM and while on the phone they mentioned if I have O2 I can get a free speed upgrade. Having looked into it more, I think I'm out of luck, as although the O2 account is registered to my home address, it's O2 business. 

Is there a way I can wangle a speed upgrade on my new line with this combination?
