Hello,

Didn't realise the volt upgrade also applied to broadband, my package says I should be on M200 but I am only getting 100 speeds. Can you help please?

So I looked on O2 and had this message

"You need to have broadband from Virgin Media and a Pay Monthly plan from O2 in your household to be eligible for Volt. Right now, Virgin Media isn't available at your address below. But don't worry, we're always expanding our broadband network, so keep an eye out for when it becomes available in your area."

I have had virgin broadband for years.

Ignore this, my hub is limiting my speed. I am getting 200M.
