Hi, last week I renewed my contract, upgrading to Ultimate Volt from Ultimate Oomph!
Everything seems to have worked out as expected, except I have not received an email to add Netflix to my service. I already have my own Netflix contract (Premium 4k), and read that I should get an invite, and activate it with the same netflix email address, so I can benefit from the inclusive package, only paying the delta for the 4k.

Can you log into the online account and click on the Netflix activation button.

Thanks for the reply, however I don't see an "Activate Netflix" button on any of the account pages after I login to https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home.

Hi jryoung 👋 thanks for getting back to us! Have you also received any Netflix activation email? (It may be worth checking your Junk and Spam folders in case you have not already!)
I will also send you a PM so we can check all of your contact information is set up correctly for the service to activate, and offer further support if needed.
