Volt Ultimate - Netflix Standard to Netflix Premium = full cost?

This seems like a really simple extra but I'm getting conflicting advise

Netflix standard is included in my package (10.99), its been activated and I elected for Premium (15.99), the difference is £5.00

Virgin Media forum staff seem to echo me train of thought, my bill should just be increased by £5 BUT I'm being told by a Virgin Media compliant case handler that I'll be charged the full £15.99.

Can we get an official response on how this should be applied to our bills IF our package includes Netflix Standard and we elect for Premium?

Funny thing is I am sure on the App it did have something to upgrade and it said £5 however the app will not let me manage my netflix subscription today at all..

I think there are definitely issues with this netflix subscriptions.

As I understand it, the cost for the Netflix service would only be £5.00, which as you say is the difference.

When did you upgrade to the highest tier of Netflix?

I never got a reply to this message, I still see the full 15.99 under streaming services of my bill instead of £4.99
