Hi,

I am a Virgin Media customer and after it was installed I switched all of my mobile connections to O2.

O2 have kept their end of the Volt perks (doubling data on every SIM) but Virgin Media still haven’t upgraded my Broadband package to the 500 package.

It's been over 2-3 weeks and I have no feedback at all from Virgin Media. The fact I’m on 350 plan and basic browsing tasks and app loading time takes forever and a day I’m not off to a good start with VM. Any advice?
