Hi,

I have a new Volt account and picked my extra which has been great however today I have received a text from O2 saying I had 7 days to pick an Extra.

I am right in thinking you only get one FREE extra or do you get more for nothing?

If you have already picked your extra, any additional ones would be charged as standard.
