Ive upgraded my phone more data and   can someone  tel me when im getting  upgrade  speed  aswell  300 meg down and 20 meg up

Think it can take UPTO 28 days, surely it'll be M350?

O2 and Virgin Media will contact you separately when your Volt benefits have been applied, these will come through at different times and could be on different days. Virgin Media confirmation usually comes after O2 and it can take up to 14 days for the Virgin Media speed boost to be active on your account.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your upgrade, does it advise on your contract of the activation date?
Have you checked your My Virgin Media account to see if your benefits are activated here.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you haven't yet received your Volt benefits on the Virgin Media side of things, as advised this would be added separately and can take up to 14 Days after registering for Volt, when was it you registered?

Are you saying you had a Volt benefit already on your broadband? If so you won't get another one whatever package you have on O2
