Hello,

I'm currently a Virgin Media broadband customer and thinking to roll with O2 for my sim card to get the Volt benefits. Both the accounts will be in my name, BUT in a couple of months I'll move with my partner who also has a Virgin Media broadband, so I'll cancel mine. Will I be able to transfer my Volt benefits to that account when the time comes?

I've asked this question to an employer in an O2 store and they told me that this is possible as soon as my address (postcode) is the same in both Virgin and O2 accounts. That means changing my address will re-apply the benefit in the new Virgin Media broadband account (my parrtners).

I just wanted to double check and ask here if this is the case

Thanks for posting your Volt query via the forums in regards to the benefits. We appreciate you raising this and welcome to the community.

The information given in the O2 store is correct, Volt has changed to be address specific rather than account holder specific so as long as both accounts are at the same address we should be able to apply the benefits 🙂
