Volt Broadband Speed Increase

Hi, I have read a few posts about this issue with members getting help here from Virgin staff, so here goes.

I contacted Virgin Media customer services last Friday as I am an O2 & Virgin Media customer receiving my Volt benefit from O2 but not from Virgin Media. I was told my speed boost would be applied to my account by the customer service agent but as of today, nothing has changed.  

Is anyone available to help, please?

Thanks for your post on our forums about your VOLT speed boost, I am sorry that it's not been applied yet. 

Portery's advice is correct, it can take up to 14 days for the boost to be added to your account and your O2 account must be the same as your Virgin Media account for it to go through successfully. Seen as you've stated this is true for your accounts I will be more than happy to help request the speed boost for you within a PM 🙂

It can take upto 14 days for it to be applied to your virgin media account if it has gone past the 14 days you would have to to contact vm customer service.  As long as the 02 contract is the same as the vm account the customer service agent can get this sorted

I have been a O2 customer for 4 weeks now and I can confirm my 02 and Virgin Media accounts are both in the same name and address. I have also contacted Virgin Media customer services but still I am waiting for the speed increase.
