Volt Boost

Hi had my mobile sims moved over to O2 and got my O2 volts added on 28/07/23 and received confirmation email but still waiting on my Virgin broadband being boosted from M500.I have checked and both addresses match ok with virgin and O2 can someone please check into this for me at Virgin
