Volt Benefits

I had virgin media installed on 21st August and I have been an 02 customer for years. When I check on 02, it takes me to a page that says benefits been applied or I am not eligible. I have no idea how to activate these benefits.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

With regards to your Volt benefits these can take up to 14 days to fully sync through on your Virgin account, can you confirm for me that both accounts have the address listed as the same?
