Hi i am a virgin broadband customer as well as a Virgin mobile customer i was told i would get a free broadband upgrade when my Mobile was switched to O2 its been over a month since the switch on the 02 app it says my volt benefits have been activated but no Broadband upgrade i have rang virgin twice to ask about it but the person on the phone did not have a clue what i was talking about i switched on the 27th of July so its been over 14 days as well.

I spoke to O2 customer service and they took my Virgin account details to verify same address. Within same day I got double data on SIM and internet upgrade. You will receive a letter like this on completion.

Does not work for me when i ring 02 or virgin they don't have a clue what im talking about waste of time.
