i have my volt benefits applied to my o2 mobile account, but my virgin media benefits have not been activated. It has been over the 14 days as they advise, how do i go about getting it active?

Can you confirm if your O2 address registered shares the same details as your Virgin Media one, and if they're spelt/formatted the same?
Please let us know if this is the case, and if so we can look to intervene manually and add these for you.
