With regards to the student account and if you can get a Volt boost, we can advise that the only requirements to get supercharged by Volt are for both the VM and O2 accounts to be registered at the same property/address.
To activate your Volt benefits, once all services are active you can do this on MyO2 account online. It will then take up to 14 days for us to apply your speed boost on the account. 🙂
