Volt Benefits not applied, whilst O2 did so months ago.

I am eligible for Volt benefits, and had these benefits applied to my o2 account in September (24th, to be precise). It is displayed as an active benefit and I have had my data doubled. However, I have not had the broadband boost to match. A higher speed is available to my address (500 up to 1k) and I was told it should be applied within 14 working days, but I've had radio silence since.
