Recently signed up to Virgin, activated the volt Benefits in the wife's 02 app, they were applied on 27/07/23 to her account but have still not had the speed boost activated on my Virgin account. Can somebody from customer services please help, I don't won't to spend hours on live chat and the phone to be passed round in circles, as has happened with the numerous times I've had issues since signing up. Thanks.
