I received an email on 14th April 2022 informing me that my account is eligible for Volt benefits.
From what I understand this would upgrade my account broadband from 600MB to 1GB.
1 month later this hasn’t happened and I’ve had no update. I have the Hub 4 and had 1GB before my contract was amended a short while ago.
Can anyone please help resolve this? I have tried phoning but no solution has been given.
