Volt Benefit still waiting

Activated my volt service a few months ago october /November and it still shows as not active, my o2 data has been doubled but nothing as yet on my broadband? As previously mentioned by a previous user 150 doesn't help much and keep saying i need to take a new contract!?? Bit confused as whats going on

What speed should you have been upgraded to in October?
