Volt 1 Gig package and upgrade

I have the VM volt package where the VM is £60 and 02 is £25

For 1GB internet, Netflix, Skysports, BT sports , Landline and 2 boxes.

My wife signed up with an O2 deal with AO.com and I read that if you bring your accounts together you can get a discount.

My question is, I want the Pixel 7, can I upgrade, and bring my wife's account over and keep my Volt benefits?

Hi mda99das, 

Thanks for your post and it's great having you in the Community. 

As you're already on a Volt package, you wouldn't further benefit on the VM side however any O2 SIM's at the same address would be eligible for a Volt boost on the data side of things. 

To activate Volt, be sure to opt in via your online account for each O2 SIM registered at the same address.

We at Virgin Media would only issue a discount if the account holder was an NHS employee and signed up via their online portal.

Do feel free to discuss with O2 directly, to see if they can offer you any discounts.
