Hello

My speed boost on my o2 side has been active for a few months but I rang virgin up last week and the lady said she can see its pending and if its not active by next (this week) week to contact virgin and see what's going on. As far as I can see its still not active. I have not had chance to ring virgin back up and the posts on here are not of much help about my situation.
