Virgin volt benefits not applied

Had my volt benefits confirmed and applied by o2 since 29th September but nothing from Virgin Media yet 

Name and address are the same for both accounts

About this issue with Volt, we're sorry to see it's taken this long to apply this for you and we're eager to further assist you.

We'd love to see what's happened and the Volt benefits still seem to be missing on our end, for this reason I'll pop you a PM here to check things out.
