I took out a new Volt contract recently. Totally dissatisfied with the new Hub5 and it’s failure to recognition of my printer. No help from phone calls to virgin media. I had no problem with previous router. Can I cancel this contract and return to previous?

Yes, you can return to your previous contract if you are within the first 14 days of the new contract.
