My Virgin Media SIM was migrated to O2 on 4th July. Volt benefits on the O2 side were activated on 14th July. I also have a Virgin Media broadband (M250), TV and landline package, which is for the same name and address as the mobile account. I have not yet received the Volt broadband speed boost from M250 to M350 which should have happened within 14 days of the migration. Could someone from the forum team look into this for me, please? Thanks very much.

This is something I'm currently waiting on too. O2 side benefits were added fairly quickly, Virgin side still waiting for.

Any chance this is something you can look into for me also?

Daft question, but when it has been applied does it change in the "my package" page?
I signed up to M600, I've been VoLT'd and it still says M600 ...

Hi Martin,
I am in the same boat, could you look into mine as well ?
many thanks

Thanks Martin for sorting this out. I now have the speed boost to M350, and this is also showing as having been applied in the "my package" in My virgin Media.
I will mark your reply as a Helpful Answer, but I won't do it just yet because a couple of other people in this thread have asked for help with the same problem, and I'm worried their requests might get overlooked if the thread is shown as "Solved". Thanks.

Thank you for keeping me updated on that. I'm glad to hear that is sort for you.
Not to worry about the other user on this thread. I will be reaching out to them now with regards to this to assist further.
