I was contacted by VirginMedia with a good deal, and agreed to change my Virgin Mobile to Volt. I was asked if I wanted to keep my number, which I do, but I wasn’t sent a PAC. Do I still need one to keep my old number? And if I do, do I just request one by text in the normal way?

Thank you for your post. To move your number over you would need a PAC code for that.
