I've got the same situation, my O2 volt benefits have been applied but waiting on Virgin Media speed boost, could you advise on what I need to do?

Hi Zach, vault benefits were s automatically applied with O2 about a week ago after my wife (account holder) started new contract with them. Is there anything further we need to do with virgin?

Thanks for confirming this, with Volt benefits, they can take up to 14 days to fully enable on our systems, if you only signed up a week ago we would ask that you provide us this timeframe for the system to sync up the benefits.
