Hello,
We are both O2 and Virgin Media and have now activated Volt on our O2 account, we received the email from O2 about a week ago to say Hello, We're just confirming that your Volt benefits are now active. The benefits appear to be live on our O2 account but still haven't appeared on our Virgin Media Broadband.
We have M125 Fibre Broadband, I understand it should have upgraded to M250 (the next bump)

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
