Hi,
Happy New Year all!
I've got two O2 pay monthly sims registered to my name at my address.
I've "activated" volt through the my02 app but still haven't seen any upgraded speeds on VM and can't see any additional volt bolt ons on my o2 contracts.
Any idea how to get this set up at all?

Sorry to hear about the Speed uplift not being applied yet.
When did you set the O2 side up, as it can take up to 14 days to be activated from our side.

Hi Gareth,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It turns out there was an issue with my address - I calledyesterday and the advisor took down details of both accounts and raised a query with the team.
15 minutes later, I got an email saying it was approved and applied and that exact time my Internet went down for about 10 seconds and came back boosted!!
