VM volt benefits not activating

After receiving confirmation that my O2 monthly sim volt benefits are now active, I'm still get to receive the volt benefits on VM. Am I missing something here?

Hey sebastianfish1, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear about your volt benefits not being added yet.

These are done automatically, and they can take up to 14 working days sometimes a little longer.

Both accounts also have to be under the same address.

Have you tried to activate them via this link?
