Hi, just logged in to my Virgin Media account and this (below) came up under Volt. I haven't left O2 at all, nothing has changed. Oddly enough I recently looked to upgrade my O2 sim package and that said I wasn't entitled to any volt benefit either. A quick check with O2 customer services said this was wrong and an Volt benefits would be reapplied after 14 days - which is odd enough in itself. Can anyone help before I go through the soul-destroying experience of customer services? Thanks in advance.

The broadband Volt benefits are fine as per the screenshot so if you've already spoke to O2 don't worry 🙂
