I signed up for VM M250 broadband around 3-4 weeks ago after being an O2 customer for a number of years. 2 weeks ago O2 activated VOLT benefits on their side and I now have the bolt on with double data on both my sims. I was told VM would be in touch to confirm when VOLT has been activated for my broadband speed boost. This hasn't yet happened.
Now after speaking with somebody from VM over WhatsApp they've told me I'd need to upgrade my package to include an O2 sim to get the benefits, even though I have 2 O2 packages already. I've tried explaining multiple times that I already have 2 o2 sims and that I shouldn't need to take another to get the benefits activated.
Can anybody help with this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
Apologies for any confusion when you've contacted the team over this. There are 2 ways in which you can currently get Volt.
1) You can move to a Volt package by upgrading your package to include a new O2 SIM and a boosted VM broadband tariff
2) You can opt in to receive Volt benefits through your O2 online account
It sounds as though the online team were getting confused. As you already have an O2 SIM, you won't need to upgrade your package.
We can certainly check this out further for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
